SCREAM reserves the rights to sell any order placed by customers subjected to its available quantity by SCREAM or its authorised dealer/distributor (including on-line store). SCREAM may require extra verification of information from buyer in order to complete the sale.

Acceptance of Goods

Buyer is responsible to inspect the product before purchase from any SCREAM’s authorised dealer/distributor in both online and offline services. Goods that are successfully sold will be deemed as acceptance of its conditions.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation will not be accepted once product has been dispatched/shipped. SCREAM reserves the rights to refuse any cancellation or to charge a cancellation fee in the event that SCREAM is able to accommodate the cancellation request.

3. Pricing

SCREAM reserves the rights to amend or correct any pricing error that is stated in its website and online store without prior notice given to any potential buyer, buyer and user of the website. SCREAM reserves the rights to also cancel an order or refuse a sale if pricing error is detected before, during and after a buyer has made a purchase. SCREAM online store will refund the full amount paid by buyer to respective bank or credit card if the refusal/cancellation of the order is made by SCREAM.
